Can you out think God? Time and again God has impressed on us to think bigger. Every time we thought we were thinking big enough, He would say “Even Bigger”. Nothing is too big for God – AMEN!
We have seen so many healings, autism gone, back injuries healed, new knees, chronic allergies healed. Babies hearts healed and whole, Salvations and baptism in the Holy Spirit. Closer and deeper relationships with Jesus. So much movement in the Kingdom.
As you reflect back on the past year, it should not look like the same as every other year. Each year we should see and experience increase in our jobs, finances, ministries and family. If we don’t, we must look at the part we are playing. Don’t wait for change, be the change you want to see happen. Make a way for God to Move in your life. We are made for promotion and advancement in this life. We are made to MOVE.
Psalm 116:16 – “Truly I am your servant, Lord” – When we serve others, our focus is on others and God can use us. Keep moving in the will of God and the will of God will promote you.
Luke 16:10 (KJV) He that is faithful in that which is lease is faithful also in much
Proverbs 28:20 – A faithful man will abound with blessings
In order to keep moving forward, we must be faithful to what God has called us to do. David was the most faithful among all of King Saul’s servants. God is looking for faithful servants he can use.
When I traveled to Germany last year for 2 weeks for a work event, I had to transition from one hotel to another. There was an issue with one of the reservations and the hotel did not have a room available for one of the people in our party. There was no vacancy in the entire hotel. Our trip coincided with a popular time in Germany and every hotel was booked for miles. The person without a room spoke to the manager, called the travel agent, and used hotel apps to try to find another room. There was no vacancy at any hotel within a 2 hour radius.
When Joseph & Mary traveled to Bethlehem there was no room or vacancy either. They went from farm to farm looking for a place to stay. Everything was full.
What do you do when there does not seem to be a way in the natural? Like Joseph and Mary, they trusted God to lead them and provide for them and He did.
When we are filled up with God’s Word, when we are so focused on our relationship with God and what His plans are for us, there is a big no vacancy sign on our hearts. There is no room in our Inn for anything negative. When the enemy tries to book a room we can say with confidence No Vacancy!
When we are so full of God’s Word and know who we are in Him, our first thoughts will not be worldly, they will be Godly. Holy Spirit is our guide always. He is our comforter, our GPS, our reservationist and travel agent.
Believe what God’s Word says about you.
